By accessing or using the services provided by Pixel Green Digital ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our services, including our website, digital marketing services, web development, SEO, and AI automation solutions.

Pixel Green Digital provides a range of digital marketing and technology services, including but not limited to: Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Meta Marketing & Advertising, Web Development, AI Automation, Google Ads Management, and Social Media Management.

The scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for specific services will be outlined in individual service agreements or proposals provided to each client. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

Upon full payment for services rendered, clients receive ownership rights to the final deliverables created specifically for them, including website designs, content, and marketing assets. However, Pixel Green Digital retains ownership of all proprietary tools, methodologies, frameworks, templates, and pre-existing intellectual property used in delivering services.

Clients grant Pixel Green Digital a non-exclusive license to use their brand assets, logos, and content solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed-upon services. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality in writing.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for service delivery, including access credentials, brand guidelines, and content approvals. Delays caused by the client's failure to provide required information may affect delivery timelines without penalty to Pixel Green Digital.

Clients must ensure they have the legal right to use any materials, images, or content they provide to us. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws and regulations.

Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. Generally, projects require a deposit before work commences, with the remaining balance due upon completion or at agreed milestones. Pixel Green Digital reserves the right to pause or terminate services in the event of non-payment.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. Disputes regarding invoices must be raised within 7 days of receipt. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the service agreement.

Pixel Green Digital's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

We do not guarantee specific results from digital marketing services, as outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond our control including market conditions, platform algorithm changes, and competitive landscape. We commit to applying industry best practices and reasonable skill in delivering all services.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information exchanged during the course of the business relationship. This includes business strategies, client data, pricing structures, and any information marked as confidential.

This obligation of confidentiality survives the termination of any service agreement and continues for a period of two (2) years thereafter, unless the information becomes publicly available through no fault of either party.

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual contract. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Pixel Green Digital will provide all completed deliverables upon receipt of final payment.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate services if a client engages in illegal activities, violates these terms, or acts in a manner detrimental to our business or reputation.

Pixel Green Digital reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify existing clients of material changes with reasonable advance notice. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We recommend reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to the appropriate courts of Bangladesh.
